Catalyst Transitional Housing Program

Childrens Home of Stockton has been serving a vulnerable population of at-risk youth for 139 years. CHS is the largest licensed 34-bed Short-Term Therapeutic Residential Program (STRTP) in San Joaquin County. Catalyst is an innovative step toward the continuum of critical care that inspires CHS to prevent and end youth homelessness.
