Access Pass

This free fare pass allows new and existing ADA-certified passengers the flexibility to ride most fixed-route services on all systems in San Joaquin County including the Hoppers and commuter route 150 free of charge without making an advanced reservation. All buses are ADA-accessible; without the requirement of making advanced reservations (as is necessary for ADA complementary service), this provides greater freedom to our limited mobility passengers. To participate, simply show the Access Pass to the operator when boarding the bus. For those interested in this program but are hesitant to use our fixed-route services, Access San Joaquin offers free travel training. The training teaches participants to identify landmarks, maneuver mobility aids on and off RTD buses, and travel to and from bus stops.
